EAN Invoice for Public Institutions
As a public institution, we welcome you to Survivalstore.dk
Although Survivalstore.dk is just a small company in a large market, it should also be possible to shop as a public institution. EAN invoicing is the reality in today's Denmark version 3.0, and we cannot avoid it.
How do you shop with EAN on survivalstore.dk?
The order itself is received either via EMAIL or PHONE.

Four (3 to 4) things you need to have in place before you start shopping.
- EAN number
- CVR number (Public institutions also have a CVR number)
- Possibly USER ID. This is required in some municipalities, including Copenhagen.
- You must use an email linked to the institution. Gmail, Outlook, or other "unofficial" email addresses are rejected. This helps validate the authenticity of the order.
SHIPPING is only done directly to the institution and never to parcel shops.

Shipping / delivery
Delivery is only made to the institution's address with GLS.
Delivery time is 1-3 days
Note - Parcel shop delivery is not possible.

Exceptionally, the Copenhagen municipality in rare cases has 30 days net cash. Likewise, they must remember to provide "USER ID" when ordering.
