  1. General
    • In this document, you will find a description of how we collect and process your personal data, i.e., information about you. All of this is included in our "privacy policy."
    • Our privacy policy applies to the information you either provide us via the website (survivalstore.dk – hereafter called "the website") or that we collect about you via the website, or Facebook in the form of ads.
    • dk ApS is responsible for your data. If you have questions, please contact us – you will find our phone number and email under section 7.
  2. Which personal data we collect, for which PURPOSES, and the legal basis for the processing
    • We collect various types of information when you visit our website. For example, which browser type you use, your IP address and network location, operating system, and information about the device you visit the website from.
      • The purpose is to optimize the experience for you as a user and visitor of the website, while we also use this information to target marketing on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other networks, including retargeting ads and other direct marketing. All of this is done to safeguard our interest in improving our website, showing you relevant offers, and selling you products from our range on the internet.
      • Legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
    • If you buy products on our website or communicate with us, we collect the following information about you, which you have provided yourself; name, address, phone number, email address, payment method, IP address, where you want the products delivered, what you have bought and shown interest in, as well as purchase time and whether you have returned items.
      • Our purpose is that we must be able to deliver the goods or services you have purchased and paid for from us. Likewise, this information about you is necessary so that in case of complaints or returns, we can document that you have purchased the item or items from us. Furthermore, it serves the purpose of complying with applicable laws on accounting and bookkeeping. To prevent fraud, we also record the IP address.
      • Legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
    • When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect the following information about you: Name, email address, where (e.g., Facebook, or pop-up, etc., also called "source of signup") you signed up from, IP address, network location, favorite email client, date of signup, open rate, which emails from us you read + continuity and any purchase history.
      • The purpose is to deliver newsletters and sell goods to you, in order to safeguard our interest in doing so.
      • Legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
    • Signing up for our newsletter is always voluntary, and you can unsubscribe at any time. When you sign up, it may be, for example, in connection with a competition, to receive a discount code, or as the final part of a purchase. In this context, we receive a range of information about you, which we can combine with other types of information we have about you.
      • Our purpose is that this way we can manage your newsletter membership to provide the services and benefits associated with it, while also conducting targeted marketing of members both via email and on Facebook. You will receive campaign emails, automated emails, and abandoned cart emails in the newsletter.
      • Legal basis The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. To become a member of the newsletter, we ask you to give separate consent.

    • We want to create transparency about your personal data and therefore inform you here about your rights in relation to us as data processors.

 

  • The right of access
    • If you want, you always have the right to know what information we have about you, where we got it from, and why.
    • You have the right to receive the personal data we have about you. If you wish, you must request the disclosure of your personal data via our customer email. kontakt@survivalstore.dk with the subject field "personal data". You will then be asked to document who you are so that we do not disclose personal data to the wrong person.
  • The right to correction
    • If you discover that we have incorrect information about you, you naturally have the right to contact us to have your information corrected.
    • You can largely correct the information we have about you in our newsletter yourself. You do this by logging in (which you can do via our newsletter) and editing your information.
  • The right to deletion
    • There may be cases where you have the right and the law allows you to have all or part of the personal data we have about you deleted. This applies if we no longer have a legal basis to store your personal data. However, we are not always obliged to delete your personal data. This is especially true regarding legal obligations and accounting.
  • The right to restrict processing to storage
    • In some cases, you can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data so that it only consists of storage. This applies if you believe your personal data is incorrect.
  • The right to data portability
    • In special cases, you have the right to receive the personal data you have given us in a machine-readable format, to another data processor.
  • The right to object
    • You can object to us at any time against the use of your personal data for targeted marketing to you.
    • You also have the right at any time, for reasons related to your personal situation, to object to the processing of your personal data that we carry out based on our legitimate interests according to sections 2.1 and 2.3.
  • The right to withdraw consent
    • You can and always have the right to withdraw any consent we have received from you. All you need to do is notify us at kontakt@survivalstore.dk where you write "regarding Consent" in the subject field.
  • The right to complain
    • You have the right to complain to the Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen K, about the processing of your personal data. Complaints can be submitted by email to dt@datatilsynet.dk and/or by phone at +45 33193200. However, most cases are resolved faster by contacting us directly by phone at +45 60681420 or at kontakt@survivalstore.dk
  1. Deletion of personal data
    • Information we have collected about your use of the website according to section 2.1 will be deleted no later than when you have not used the website for one year.
    • The information we have collected about you in connection with subscribing to our newsletter will be deleted when you withdraw your consent, unless we have a legitimate basis to continue storing it.
    • Information collected in connection with purchases you have made on the Website according to section 2.2 will generally be deleted 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which you made your purchase. However, information may be stored for a longer period if we have a legitimate need for longer retention, for example if it is necessary to establish, assert, or defend legal claims, or if retention is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements. Accounting material is stored for 5 years until the end of a financial year to comply with bookkeeping law requirements.

    • Your security is very important to us. Therefore, we have taken a number of appropriate and security measures to ensure that the risk of your personal data being illegally or accidentally altered, lost, degraded, or accessed and misused by unauthorized persons is minimized.
    • Only employees in the company with a genuine need have access to your personal data. This is so they can perform their work.
