F.A.Q - Frequently Asked Questions

Over time, many of you customers have asked about various things. Below you can see answers to some of the most frequently asked questions - maybe yours is one of them :)
1. Is the item in stock and can I order it?
If you can add the item to the cart, it is generally in stock and you can order it.
It can rarely happen that an item is miscounted and the quantity does not match the physical stock, but this is uncommon!
2. I have placed an order but want to add more... can I pay extra via MobilePay or otherwise change my order?
The inventory system is sharp and very precise. All stock handling is optimized so you receive your package with the highest delivery reliability. It is an almost "bulletproof" system, so changes to the current order are not possible. There are two solutions to the problem: 1# Call us as soon as possible at 60681420. We cannot guarantee that we can stop your package, as we are among the industry's most efficient in terms of shipping and delivery speed. Your order will be canceled and you must reorder with your changes or additions. 2# Leave your first and current order as is and order what you forgot to include in the first order. If you have questions, always call. It is much faster than email.
3. I have received a tracking number but cannot track my shipment - has it been sent?
When you have received a tracking number from GLS, your new and cool gear has always been shipped.
GLS is to date the most reliable package carrier. They have (7, 9, 13) not lost a single package yet. If your gear is delayed, call, send a text, or email me. It can happen that the first scan at GLS is slightly delayed, but once you can see tracking on the shipment, it moves quickly. You can track your shipment here.
4. Can I come by and pick up items?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your items at the address.
But we ship orders every weekday (Monday to Friday) with GLS around 11:30 AM, and they usually arrive the next day.
5. Discounts in general - can I get a discount?
There are occasionally offers in the shop. Those are the prices that apply, just like milk in a supermarket costs what it does. When an item is not on offer, there is no discount available :) If you have further questions about discounts, feel free to call.
For larger purchases for associations, schools, or groups, you can call and ask about bulk discounts for one large joint order.
6. Bloggers - Survivalstore.dk loves bloggers.

7. Sponsorships
Survivalstore.dk unfortunately does not have the means to sponsor various activities, neither for individuals nor groups. In rare cases, the company itself seeks out projects to support. If you have other questions, please send an email or call 60681420.
