If you enjoy Bushcraft, Survival, and Outdoor activities, we have a wide range of bio and gas burners for you. Cooking over a fire is a given on any trip.
Fire is social gathering
A trip "in the wild" should always include a campfire and cooking over an open flame. These are inseparable elements and therefore a big part of our shop. The fire will forever bring people together – past, present, and future. In the past, one might have called it "native TV." Humans are social animals, and we thrive best together with others.
Control over the fire and campfire for cooking
Fire is an essential element for us humans. We are the only mammals on this earth capable of creating fire. This primitive knowledge can likely be documented to be over one million years old. Just as fire attracts many, so does nature.
Kelly Kettle
Kelly Kettle kettles differ from many other burners. Their primary function is that with a Kelly Kettle, you can boil water using biofuel—and very quickly at that. Like many other burners, you can fuel a Kelly Kettle with materials found on the forest floor.
Bushbox from Bushcraft Essentials
Bushcraft Essentials is an excellent example of a complete bio burner. All you need to get a Bushbox going are sticks, twigs, or pine cones. You can manage with what you find in the forest and therefore don’t have to worry about how much fuel you bring along.
Pathfinder School – the makers of Bushpot and more
The Canterbury family developed the Pathfinder School series, which is part of Self Reliance Outfitters. Their bushcraft and survival gear all share the feature of being multifunctional, with no compromises on features. The Bushpot is not just a pot; it can also be used as a kettle. It has handles on both the top and bottom. Other sets from Pathfinder School include bottles that you can both boil and carry water in.
