Payment

Payment can be made with the following card types: Visa, VisaDankort, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro, and PayPal. Note! With bank transfer, you are not protected by the chargeback scheme. Read why)

If you pick up an item at our warehouse, you can also pay with MobilePay or cash. However, note that we do not keep cash on hand, so we cannot give change. Please bring the exact amount.

Discount codes

If discount codes are used, only one can be used per order. Multiple codes cannot be combined. Discount codes cannot be used on sale items or products marked with "low price item" badges.

 

Delivery

We deliver with GLS to parcel shops from 39 DKK for purchases under 599 DKK.

We deliver with GLS to private addresses and businesses for 69 DKK.

 

For purchases over 599 DKK, delivery to a GLS parcel shop in Denmark is free.

All amounts include 25% VAT.

Delivery time for the item – We strive to have your item(s) in your hands within 1-5 business days. If it takes longer, you will receive an email about it.

GLS Business is only offered to registered companies and institutions.

GLS Parcel Shop must always be used by private individuals.

If information about business deliveries is incomplete, your order will be redirected to a parcel shop.

It is important that you as a customer fill in your information correctly.
If there is an error in your delivery information, your package will be redirected to a parcel shop. The same applies to business deliveries.

What happens if I do not pick up my package at the parcel shop?

If you do not pick up your package at the parcel shop, there are 2 possibilities:

1 - If you want it resent, it costs 89 DKK.

2 - If you want a refund for the purchase, we deduct 59 DKK in return fees from the item's price, in addition to the original shipping costs.

You might be wondering where you have to pay that much?
Every time GLS has to handle your package, it costs us money.
We have to pay for them to return your package to us, and we have to pay every time it is sent out.
The price seems high, we know, but it is actually less than what we pay to GLS.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You have a 45-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 45 days after the day you;

  1. a)      has received your item
  2. b)      takes physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
  3. c)      takes physical possession of the last batch, or the last part, when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several batches or parts

You must notify us within 45 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be sent by email to kontakt@survivalstore.dk. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. When you return the item, it is important that you download, print, complete, and include our standard withdrawal form in the package.

You cannot cancel simply by refusing to accept the item or by failing to pick up your order. If you do so, you will be charged 99 kroner for return costs.

If you want us to resend your items instead, it will cost you 89 kroner.
Unfortunately, we incur a specific cost for double-handling orders that should have been picked up at the parcel shop, as GLS charges us a fee for uncollected packages.
Please note that items must be returned to us within 14 days.

Returns

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packed.

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.

Certain goods cannot be returned by normal mail due to their nature. This applies to food items and specially produced goods.

Please note that we do not collect return shipments from parcel shops or similar locations.
It is only possible to deliver return shipments in person, by prior arrangement, and never in the evenings or on weekends.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal:                                                       

  1.       Food items are not accepted for return under any circumstances. This applies, for example, to freeze-dried products or other types of "outdoor food."
  1.       Delivery of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or that have been clearly personalized,

       Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, 

  1.       Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,
  1.       Delivery of goods that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods upon delivery.

Condition of the item when you return it

You are liable for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund depending on the commercial value of the item.

To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item but not put it into actual use.

If you return an item, the item's packaging must be in exactly the same condition as at the time of purchase.

For clothing, sleeping bags, blankets, etc., it is especially important that these do not smell of smoke, perfume, cooking odors, or anything else. Likewise, there must be no hair, either from humans or animals, on the returned clothing.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive back the amount you paid us. In case of depreciation for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We withhold the refund until we have received the item back in its original packaging and have inspected it for defects and damage.

What should I send back?

You must include a copy of the order confirmation. The process is faster if you also fill out our standard withdrawal form.

Note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

If there is something wrong with the item (warranty)

The Sale of Goods Act's defect rules apply to purchases.

When you shop at survivalstore.dk, you naturally have a 24-month warranty. This means that, as a rule, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

Of course, the complaint must be justified, and the defect must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

How quickly must I complain?

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

Returns related to complaints

The item the complaint concerns must be sent to us within 14 days after you have notified us of the complaint.
If the item is defective, you must not send anything back before you have spoken with us about it. There may be situations where the item should not be returned to us, or where we provide you with a return label. Therefore, you must ALWAYS contact us and wait for a response before taking further action. We DO NOT refund return shipping costs that you have paid yourself.

When you return the item, please specify the problem as detailed as possible.

Therefore, please send an email to kontakt@survivalstore.dk and provide us with the order number and reason for the return.

Note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or similar. 

Remember, the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for the shipment.

 

What we do with your personal information (privacy policy) 

To enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

Email address

We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you.

Personal data is registered with Survivalstore.dk ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens with your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly which information is collected and why.

The director (Nicolai Berg) has access to the information registered about you.

The data controller at Survivalstore ApS is Nicolai Berg (owner/director).

We do not store customer information encrypted.

We transmit customer information encrypted using https protocols.

Information provided to survivalstore.dk may be shared through the applications that together make the website function, but we do not sell it to third parties. We do not register any sensitive personal information about you as a customer.

As registered with Survivalstore ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. These rights are granted under the Personal Data Act, and inquiries related to this should be directed to Survivalstore.dk ApS via email at kontakt@survivalstore.dk

Right to Complain

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact Nicolai Berg at kontakt@survivalstore.dk or by phone at +45 60681420. If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the relevant boards in the area, provided the conditions for this are met.
