How to Return Items

   Please include it with your return order so we know it’s from you.

3. Your return items must be sent to the following address;

   Please note that we do not pick up return shipments from parcel shops or similar locations.
   
   Please note it is not possible to drop off return shipments in person, as GLS or Post Nord have previously taken them by mistake during their package pickups.
   
   Please note
   Packages sent with DAO are not accepted, as DAO does not deliver via proxy.
   
   Unfortunately, we cannot offer free return shipping or free exchanges.
   
   If you want to buy something else instead of your original order, please place the new order immediately.
   
   Return orders are handled separately and independently.
   

   
   Clothing and Exchanges

Read points 1 to 3 again.

If you have ordered clothing in the wrong size, it must be returned exactly as described above. If you want the clothing in a different size, simply place a new order unless a discount code was used. In that case, please contact us first and provide the previous order number.

We also do not offer free exchanges on clothing.

When we receive your return order, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are 100% resalable. Clothing that smells, is dirty, contains pet hair, or similar will be rejected. Would you want to receive a piece of clothing that doesn’t feel new? No, right :)

Gifts and Exchanges

If you have received a gift purchased by someone else and want to exchange it for another item, please do the following:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free return shipping or free exchanges on gifts.

When we receive the returned item(s), the credit will be issued to the original buyer. We do this to comply with anti-money laundering laws. Therefore, you must place and pay for your new order yourself and ask the person who gave you the gift to transfer the credited amount to you.
