Who is behind Survivalstore ApS?

We are Nicolai & Christence, and besides being a strong team behind the scenes at Survivalstore.dk, we are also a couple privately.

We both have a passionate interest in outdoor life, nature, and outdoor activities in general.

Both as individuals, but also as a family, with a 7-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son.

For us, work and leisure naturally blend together, and we enjoy it!

When we saw in the summer of 2020 that Survivalstore.dk was closed and then put up for sale, we took it immediately. Besides Survivalstore.dk, we also own and operate Bushcraftbutikken.dk which we bought from Jesper Hede in 2022, who still offers the best courses in the Nordics in outdoor life through Bushcraft Danmark 

The shop fit perfectly with our daily life and interests, so we felt it was almost like sent from heaven, and we jumped on it immediately.

We live in the countryside, with our own little forest, fields, and meadows.

Here we live a calm daily life, with (webshop 😉) children, animals, forest, and vegetable garden, which gives us many opportunities to enjoy what we love most, namely time in nature in all sorts of ways.

 

 

Where is Survivalstore.dk located?

We live in Blæsinge Hills, just north of Slagelse, and this is also where Survivalstore.dk is based. ( Note we do not have a physical store, only online sales )

The exact address is:

Blæsingevej 24,
4200 Slagelse.

When we first reopened the shop, we found storage space out in town. 

But when the second corona lockdown became a reality, and we had children at home again, we could easily see the advantage of having everything here on the property, as it would give us an even greater degree of freedom and opportunities. 

Admittedly, we probably don’t have unlimited space, and at some point we’ll likely run out, but where there’s room in the heart, there’s room in the house, isn’t that what they say?
