This Bushbox is the same size as the Bushbox XL. That means it is the largest model, but since it is made of titanium, it is significantly lighter than its twin brother. With titanium, you also get a really strong wood gas stove that just lasts.

This Bushbox is probably large enough to feed two people, but is also compact enough to be practical for one person. With several different combination options, it can be adjusted to work with most cookware. You won’t run out of fuel right away, as you can make do with, among other things, cones and branches from your surroundings. For safety, however, you should always bring a spirit burner on your trip.

How big is a Bushbox XL Titanium?

In pictures, it may appear large. In practice, however, it is not a problem. It can be packed down to a flat 12 x 19 x 11 cm. That is only slightly taller than a CD case. It is quickly assembled when you need it and ready in no time.

How much smoke does a Bushbox XL Titanium produce?

Unlike a campfire, the sides reflect the heat back toward the center. This raises the temperature high enough to burn off the smoke gases. The result is that once you have the fire going properly, there is minimal smoke production. You get both more heat for cooking and less irritation from smoke. It’s a win-win. On top of all that, you are left only with clean ash; the Bushbox XL Titanium creates a clean burn. So no black charcoal or wood residues to dispose of.
