The Gore Tex membrane ensures that moisture from your body is released through the cover, so your sleeping bag doesn’t get wet and you avoid condensation and getting cold. As with all Gore Tex products, certain weather conditions can make it difficult for the sleeping bag cover/bivouac to release moisture.
One of this bivouac bag’s major advantages is its “zip-in-zip” system, which allows you to zip the sleeping bag directly into the bivouac bag, making it just as easy to get in and out of as a sleeping bag without a cover.
