Carinthia Survival Down 1000 is a full-on winter sleeping bag designed to handle extreme conditions. The construction with H-shaped, down-filled chambers provides optimal conditions for the down to "fluff" up and thus offer maximum insulation. Another important feature is the ability to tighten the sleeping bag completely to a small breathing hole – as known from other Carinthia sleeping bags. This way, you keep the warmth inside the sleeping bag in the best possible way. If it gets too warm inside, you can ventilate by unzipping the foot end – the zipper is two-way.

The sleeping bag is equipped with sleeves hidden behind Velcro (outside) and zippers inside. This gives the Carinthia Survival Down 1000 a whole new level of possibilities. If you need to use your arms but want to keep warm inside the sleeping bag, just stick them out through the sleeves. When you're done, they easily roll up and tuck back into the sleeping bag. At the bottom of the Carinthia Survival Down 1000, there are some clip buckles. They are designed so you can fix the sleeping bag a bit up on your back. This increases mobility, allowing you to walk around with it.
