The DD Hammocks XL SuperLight Pyramid Mesh Inner Tent is ideal to use with a tarp or with the Superlight XL Pyramid tent from DD Hammocks.

The inner tent size is optimal for 2 people with gear and outdoor equipment.

The tent weighs only 690 g and packs down to a compact size, making it easy to carry in your backpack. It’s ideal to have such a lightweight tent if you need to be mindful of weight and volume in your packing.

The inner tent is made of ultra-fine insect netting and single-layer SuperLight ripstop nylon with a 3,000 mm fully waterproof PU-coated floor. There is reinforcement at the top so, for example, a Tarp Pole or hiking pole can support the tent without damaging the fabric. The tent has taped seams, 2 internal pockets for storing gear and personal items, and a metal eyelet in the center of the tent floor so you can securely and stably place the tent’s support, e.g. a Tarp Pole or other.

The mesh tent is easy to set up, either with a hiking pole, Tarp Pole, or a sturdy branch as a center pole. The tent can also be tied up as a peak under a tree using the integrated loop at the top/peak of the tent, so you don’t need to use a center pole. It’s super easy and saves both space and weight in your backpack. 

The tent floor is durable and 100% waterproof with a 3000 mm PU coating.

The tent protects you from insects and mosquitoes. For optimal weather protection, we recommend using a SuperLight XL Pyramid tent over the mesh tent, or a tarp, e.g. Tarp 4x4 meters, both of which will protect you from rain and wind.

The DD Hammocks XL SuperLight Pyramid Mesh tent comes with 8 (+2 extra) lightweight pegs and guy lines.
