The 21 field rations in the One Week Food Pack each consist of a meal with freeze-dried food as well as long-lasting food in the form of various snacks - crackers, crispbread, spreads, nuts, energy bars, isotonic powder drink, coffee, tea, and much more.
One Week Food Pack contains 7 breakfasts and 14 main meals. There are 4 different breakfast field rations and 8 different main meal field rations:
