The hiking backpack is made from durable and tough 1000D polyester, which is not only wear-resistant but also water-repellent. It has plenty of features and offers many options to adjust to the amount of gear you pack. The large storage compartment closes tightly with a drawstring and is covered by the top lid, which includes both storage compartments and external bungee cords for plenty of storage options. All straps are made from tough quality material with strong buckles.
In total, there are six external storage compartments. On the front and each side, there are 2.5-liter storage compartments, all with zipper closures and a storm flap that pulls down over the opening. The storage compartment in the top lid is perfect for maps and other gear you want easy access to. On the hip belt, there is a smaller zippered pocket. And a larger compartment at the bottom of the bag, which can be opened from the outside but can also be filled from the large storage compartment. This is a so-called "false bottom." On the outside, there are many options to attach extra equipment. There are external nylon straps, sewn loops, and D-rings on both shoulder straps.
