The knife sharpener holder is placed on the base, the wings where the sharpeners are mounted can now be attached, and then you’re ready to sharpen your knives with precise strokes every time.

Simply choose the angle you want to set the knife sharpener at on the wings, and start sharpening. You can set the knife sharpener at 20, 25, or 30 degrees. If you have a knife where the angles don’t fit, just unscrew the rod and sharpening stone from each other, and use the sharpening stone by hand. The knife sharpening set will then serve as an excellent holder while you sharpen the knife freehand.
