The blankets are dark gray in color but vary slightly from blanket to blanket.
The Nato blanket is wonderfully soft.
The size is perfect if you want to wrap yourself up warmly and when you need to sleep at night, or for cozy moments around the campfire.
The blanket can be advantageously used both as a sleeping surface and to cover yourself. Either as a primary "duvet" or on top of a sleeping bag to add an extra layer of insulation.
