You will of course get a standard carving knife, plus 6 different spoon knives, that is, knives with a curved blade, so you can carve a spoon, or maybe a small bowl, for example.

The carving set also includes:
-Tool roll in green canvas to keep everything in.
-Whetstone to sharpen your knives.
-Leather strop for stropping your knife (makes it razor-sharp after sharpening with the whetstone).
-Cut-resistant glove (cut level 5) in gray.
-Wooden spoon 'template' that you can easily finish carving.

Note that Cut level 5 does not mean you can put away good and safe carving techniques. Cut level 5 means there is high resistance to cuts, but it is not the same as being cut-proof or puncture-proof.
If you need a glove that definitely prevents cuts, you should get a butcher glove / chainmail glove.
