Also see the video below, which shows how easy and smart the Tactical Fire Pot from Tactical Foodpack is to use.
-
Add the specified amount of water to the freeze-dried food pouch and stir.
-
Place the gel container on a heat-resistant surface, and ignite the gel fuel with a match or lighter.
-
Fold the bottom of your meal pack from Tactical Foodpack to make it flat, and place it over the container with the burning gel. It is recommended to find two stones, cups, or other items slightly taller than the gel container, and place the meal pack on top of these so your meal pack does not come into direct contact with the container.
-
Hold the freeze-dried meal pack over the flame until it boils, then remove it from the flame and seal it.
-
Wait the time indicated on the meal pack, and enjoy your delicious hot hiking meal from Tactical Foodpack.
- Extinguish the flame by placing the lid over the container.
