Alpenglow 500 Lantern - BioLite 

The Alpenglow 500 Lantern from BioLite is the powerful and bright big brother to the Alpenglow 250 Lantern from BioLite. 

It has the same solid features but with a higher lumen output of 500 lumens instead of 250. 500 lumens corresponds to the brightness of a 50-watt incandescent bulb and greatly improves visibility in the camp, shelter, or tent.

As it is a larger version of the 250-lumen lantern, it naturally has a bigger battery. It has a rechargeable 6400 mAh battery and can run at maximum light output for 5 hours and up to 200 hours on low output. 

With IPX4 certification, it is also rain-resistant, but not waterproof.

It has many different modes:

- Cool and warm light that you can dim or brighten. 

- Candlelight mode for a bit of extra coziness.
