Carinthia Brenta sleeping bag
Thoughtful sleeping bag from Carinthia, known and loved by many. It is especially used by people who want a slightly more casual version of the otherwise popular Defence 4 sleeping bag. Especially because the neck opening on the 4 is a tight small hole that closes around the neck. The Carinthia Brenta sleeping bag is more conventional in that way, with a larger and wider opening for the head.
The Carinthia Brenta sleeping bag is softly lined inside with polycotton (a blend of polyester and cotton) as known from their sheet bags.
And then there is a smart feature that we here at the shop are really fond of: The first time you open the sleeping bag, you will see something tied at the front opening that looks like an olive green pillowcase. And it is!
The idea is that you can take a sweater, jacket, or whatever you like, and make yourself a nice pillow. When you pack the Brenta sleeping bag again, you take the pillowcase and put it in the front pocket of the Carinthia Brenta sleeping bag.
At the head end, there are several options to adjust the sleeping bag so it either ventilates as needed or seals in the cold.
