This sleeping bag is not a three-season bag like the Defence 4 sleeping bag. You buy the Carinthia Defence 6 because you are aware that cold is a challenge, either because you seek it out yourself or because you easily get cold.
The Carinthia Defence 6 is made with Carinthia’s high quality and, in addition to the low comfort temperature, has a number of other qualities. With its three-layer construction featuring a loose shell over Carinthia’s G-loft material, you are ensured optimal thermal insulation in the sleeping bag. Along the zipper, there is a large piece of insulating material that ensures heat does not escape from the bag. The zipper is also two-way and designed so it does not get stuck in the surrounding fabric. The tight closure around the neck, also known from other Carinthia sleeping bags, prevents heat from escaping there as well. The sleeping bag is mummy-shaped.

NOTE: As with the Defence 4 sleeping bag, there are many inquiries about this one, especially regarding the length. The Defence 6 sleeping bag is only available in a 200 cm version, whereas the Defence 4 sleeping bag is available in both 185 and 200 cm. IF you are not very tall, do not worry. Use the extra space at the foot end for your clothes and gear. If you have slightly damp clothes, it is an excellent opportunity to dry them overnight.
