We always recommend impregnating your boots before you use them for the first time, preferably 2 - 3 times for maximum effect.
Make sure the item is clean and dry, spray it thoroughly (outdoors), and let it dry well before applying the next treatment.

This spray is especially suitable for smooth leather, suede, and nubuck.
