Description
Enamel pot with percolator - Black - Fine campfire kettle
In a percolator pot, here in black enamel, there are two ways to brew coffee.
Of course, it can also be used for many other things, just like a regular campfire kettle, but it’s perfect for making a cup of delicious campfire coffee, and here are the 2 methods you use.
1. Campfire kettle - Enamel coffee pot without percolator
The first method is to boil the water and ground coffee together in the enamel pot.
After the coffee and water have boiled, pour a splash of cold water into the boiling water in the enamel pot so the coffee grounds sink to the bottom and the coffee is ready.
2. Campfire kettle - Enamel coffee pot with percolator
The second one has a percolator, and here you place the enamel pot with water to boil.
When the water starts boiling, lower the percolator, which should contain the coarsely ground coffee, into the enamel pot.
After this, the boiling water will be pushed up through the center tube in the percolator and over the percolator containing the coffee, functioning as a coffee filter.
Let the water circulate through the percolator until the coffee reaches the strength you want.
We have made a short video showing how to make percolator coffee in an enamel pot.
We also have the percolator pot in 2 other versions.
