When you are out in the wild, it is important to be prepared to treat wounds and minor injuries that may occur when you are far from help.

The Karrimor IA Medical Pouch is a compact yet very spacious first aid pouch made from abrasion- and tear-resistant, highly water-repellent material, featuring a robust YKK zipper. Karrimor IA (Instant Action) Medical Pouch.
The first aid pouch consists of two parts – primarily a separate first aid compartment with ample space for essential first aid supplies, and a detachable back panel with an integrated MOLLE system, making it compatible with most bags, backpacks, and harnesses equipped with MOLLE.
It fits perfectly with Karrimor’s SF Predator backpack, which we offer in 30 l, 45 l, and 80-130 l sizes.

Under normal use, the first aid pouch is securely attached to the “backplate” with the MOLLE system using both Velcro and a sturdy buckle. This ensures it stays in place even under the most demanding conditions. But if an emergency arises, you can quickly release the first aid pouch and have the necessary equipment ready for use. The quick-release system makes it easy to access the pouch so you can provide first aid or other necessary treatments without unnecessary delay. The pouch features a visible red grab handle, making it easy to find and ensuring you can quickly reach your first aid supplies.

Durable, water-repellent material:

The first aid pouch is made from KS100e fabric, known for its exceptional durability and abrasion resistance. The fabric is further enhanced with a waterproof polyurethane (PU) coating on the back, providing extra protection against water and moisture.

KS100e is a tough 1000 denier nylon fabric with excellent tear and abrasion resistance. As mentioned, the first aid pouch has a waterproof polyurethane (PU) coating on the back and an additional durable water repellent (DWR) coating on the outside. The camouflage model is made from 500D Infra-Red Reflective (IRR) fabric.
