Description
Kupilka Firesteel.
Kupilka Firesteel is an award-winning piece of equipment with great details.
Kupilka Firesteel's ergonomic handle is made from the same durable and attractive material as Kupilka's other products, namely a blend of wood fibers and recyclable thermoplastic.
Kupilka's wood-like material is maintenance-free and can withstand temperatures from minus 30 degrees to plus 100 degrees. In other words, it's rock solid!
The design is made by Karu Survival, who has turned survival skills and essential gear into a way of life.
A nice detail is the small reindeer leather cord, which completes the outdoor look.
So what do you get when you combine a firesteel with these materials? You get a piece of equipment that wins a Scandinavian Outdoor Award.
Kupilka Firesteel is incredibly well made!
It is easy to hold and use even in cold winter conditions. Kupilka firesteel's striker is designed to scrape off the maximum amount of material and sparks from the firesteel.
So a firesteel is not always just a firesteel. Kupilka has taken care to create a beautiful and useful tool that solves one of the most important tasks in nature.
