The Mora Garberg Black Carbon is perfect together with a fire steel

The spine of the knife is square-edged. This gives you the advantage that you can easily produce a shower of sparks with a fire steel. We recommend you take a closer look here.

The blade is sharpened with a scandi grind

What does that mean? Well – the steep profile of the knife makes it easier for you to make "shavings" for, for example, starting a fire. When you carve along wood with a Mora Garberg Black Carbon, you will notice that the wood produces small curls. These curls are great for catching the sparks from the fire steel. Tip: If the wood is a bit damp, you can advantageously dry these shavings/curls in your pocket or on your stomach. Use spruce or pine, and you’ll see the magic happen.

The Multimount sheath is multifunctional – that’s why you should buy this Mora knife

Whether you are right- or left-handed, you can mount the knife on your belt on whichever side you prefer. On top of that, the multimount system is compatible with the military "Molle system."
