You can easily cook for both yourself and friends in this Dutch Oven. The size is medium, as they always weigh a bit more than a thin campfire pot. In return, you get fantastic heat distribution, and you can both bake and slow-roast food in a Dutch Oven.
If you use a Dutch Oven FT3 as an actual oven to make simmered dishes or bake in, we promise you will be positively surprised. The pot transforms into an oven when you place embers both under it and on its lid, which you can also use as a roasting or serving dish.

Available in two variants.

You can buy it with or without legs (flat bottom). Before ordering, you need to decide which one you want. The one with legs is good if you cook using charcoal (grill briquettes) placed underneath it. This way, the Petromax Dutch Oven is raised above the ground level, and the coals can heat it while you also place coals on top of the lid. Many choose the one without legs for campfires, although the legs provide more air to the embers underneath. The legs also add extra weight, as they, like the rest of the Dutch Oven, are made of solid cast iron.
