Petromax Loaf Pan - K8 Lid

Here you get a solid multifunctional product that can be used in many different ways.
You can bake in it, fry in it, use it as a campfire pot, or use the lid as a grill pan.
Both outdoors and indoors, you can also use it in your kitchen, just like you normally use your cast iron pots and pans.

Oven:
This Loaf Pan is no exception. It’s called a Loaf Pan because it’s perfect for baking over a campfire; cast iron is excellent at distributing heat.
You use it the same way as a Dutch oven, which means you also place embers on top and around it to get even heat all over, like in an oven. Anything you can make in a regular oven, you can pretty much make in this one. You can bake everything from bread and cakes to roasting a chicken or baking a whole celery root in salt dough – only your imagination sets the limits.

Campfire Pot:
But it’s just as useful as a regular campfire pot.
You can easily invite friends over for a delicious ossobuco or Viking stew and make it in your loaf pan.
There’s plenty of room for a large portion, we can assure you.

Grill Pan:
Last but not least, the lid (K8 Lid) can be used as a grill pan for both meat and vegetables. It has ribs on the underside, so you get the familiar grill marks on your steak.
Just turn the lid over so the legs face down, plenty of heat underneath, and you can start frying.

We ourselves are very fond of ours and can warmly recommend it.
Not so much for taking on trips unless you’re traveling by car (9.1 kg is a bit heavy for that), but here at home in the garden, or an evening at the beach, on a shelter trip, or in my kitchen, it is PERFECT.
