Sitting in a Tipi with a wood stove while the wind and cold howl outside is one of the most wonderful experiences. The Loki2 stove also functions as a cooker. The top is flat, and you can remove a section of the stove so that you have direct flames at the bottom of your pot, pan, or kettle. It’s absolutely perfect! If a single ember escapes, it lands on the small ember shelf in front of the door.
The airflow and draft in the chimney can be adjusted by slightly opening the door or by turning down the damper in the chimney.
