Our King Size blanket from Cuma Gear is almost a must-have if, like us, you love nights under the stars, hours around the campfire, but don’t want to freeze and prefer to avoid itchy wool.

The blanket is made of 100% Merino wool and measures a full 170 cm x 220 cm.

This means you can easily snuggle under the warm blanket and stretch out fully, even as a grown man, without getting cold feet, and there’s also room for someone you care about if you lie close together.

We are basically an outdoor store focused on outdoor life, survival, and bushcraft, but this Merino wool blanket works just as well at home on the sofa as it does under the stars or by the campfire.

The blanket is designed in a sleek charcoal grey color, which we think matches most things well. It is kept very simple, without prints or patterns.

Note: Since Merino wool is a 100% natural product, you may notice some shedding. This is one of the downsides of Merino wool compared to regular sheep’s wool, which sheds less. It doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with your blanket. It’s due to the length and shape of the fibers when they come from the sheep, and of course, we can’t change that.
On the other hand, it does not itch at all, and you get a 100% pure natural product of very high quality.

Washing instructions: To wash your Merino wool blanket, we recommend machine washing on a wool program at a low temperature with a gentle spin.
Remember to use a special wool detergent and avoid fabric softener, bleach, etc. The blanket dries best on a rack where it can lie as flat as possible to avoid stretching.

Good tip for wool: Another great way to keep your Merino wool blanket fresh and nice is to air it regularly outdoors (in dry weather). A sparkling clear frosty day in winter is especially ideal, as the frost can eliminate dust mites, etc., and your blanket will become fresh and pleasant. This is also a good tip for your wool clothing.
