Self-inflating sleeping pad from Therm-a-rest with winglock valve, in extra thickness.

This is the slightly thicker version of the well-known Prolite sleeping pad.
This means it takes up a bit more space and weighs a little more, but in return, you also sleep a bit better throughout the night.

It has an R-value of 3.2, making it suitable for spring, summer, and autumn.

Therm-a-rest Winglock Valve:

The Therm-a-rest Prolite Plus comes with their winglock valve, which makes it even easier to inflate; you get 3 times more air flow than with their classic valve.
The winglock valve has 2 settings: one for when you inflate your Therm-a-rest Prolite Plus, which prevents air from escaping, and one for when you need to pack it away again.

Tip:

When you set up camp for the night, unpack your self-inflating sleeping pad as one of the first things and let it draw in air.
Before you get ready to hop into your sleeping bag, manually inflate the last bit of air so your Prolite Plus reaches the firmness you prefer.

Accessories:

The Therm-a-rest Prolite Plus comes with a black compression and storage sack made of ripstop nylon. It has 2 straps that allow you to tighten it extra firmly and can also be used to attach your sleeping pad to your backpack.
