The TPU stops cracks from spreading, does not expand in heat, does not discolor, and is easy to resize. Besides its ease of use and adaptability, the TPU repair kit can be used on many materials ranging from canvas, rubber, stainless steel, polyester, to Gore-Tex.

Note that it does not work on all sleeping pads; for those, you need a proper repair kit.
