The KS-123 angle adjustment tool is made to do one thing: ensure you hit the right angle – every time. This matters a lot for both sharpness and how long the edge lasts, especially if you use your knives often.

The angle tool is really easy to use. You click it onto the support, adjust it to the knife, and raise or lower until you hit the desired angle. It doesn’t take long, and once it’s set, you just continue working as usual.
