Dressed for Survival (2) – Nature’s Pantry

Jesper has gone to the coast, where he focuses on how to obtain clean drinking water, what to watch out for regarding pollution, and which methods you can use to make the water safe to drink.

In addition, Jesper shows which edible things you can find by the coast.

Dressed for Survival (3) – A Poop in the Forest Floor

In episode 3, emphasis is placed on how to maintain good hygiene – both with dishwashing and also how to go to the toilet in a primitive way.

Another very important thing Jesper talks about is first aid.

Dressed for Survival (4) – Avoid Going Crazy

Survival is largely about maintaining a positive mindset and improving the situation – whether it’s making a chair or improving your surroundings in other ways.
